Almond Butter Banana Oatmeal Bars

Chewy, naturally sweet, and packed with wholesome ingredients, these Almond Butter Banana Oatmeal Bars are made with oats, ripe bananas, almond butter, and tart cranberries. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or lunchboxes, they’re easy to make and naturally sweetened—no refined sugar needed!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with unbleached parchment paper
  2. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl
  3. Stir in almond butter, honey, and vanilla
  4. Mix in oats, baking powder, and salt. Fold in cranberries (or other optional add-ins)
  5. Press mixture into the lined pan and bake 25–30 min until golden brown
  6. Let bars cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack or wooden cutting board to cool completely
  7. Cut into bars and enjoy!
