I’m a former interior design business owner turned stay-at-home mom, and the founder of Healthy Hippie.
Before motherhood, my work focused on creating warm, functional spaces that looked good and worked well. After becoming a mom, my perspective shifted—I started caring just as much about what was in our home as how it looked.
That shift changed how I approached food, products, materials, and daily routines. I began paying closer attention to ingredients, finishes, and habits, gradually moving toward non-toxic living, cooking more from scratch, and simplifying our home in ways that felt realistic and sustainable.
Healthy Hippie grew out of that transition. This space is where I share what I’ve learned—from practical non-toxic swaps and simple recipes to homestead-inspired rhythms that support a calmer, more intentional home life.
